Review of Delgo (2008) by Jeffrey R — 19 Dec 2008

After the credits rolled I was surprised to see the writers being guys. I could totally see some twelve year old girl scribbling fairies on her notebook and imagining them their own little world. Though it has some great character designs, this cliche' movie scimps on the animation when it comes to its main characters.

I enjoyed the side comic relief more than I connected to any of the protagonists. If you have six bucks and a hour and a half to spare to see something mindless and pretty, then catch a matinee of this, otherwise wait until it comes out on DVD and laugh at it then.
