Review of Déjà Vu (2006) by Lassiterr. — 25 Nov 2006
How terrible was this? Let me count the ways. First Denzel Washington trying to keep a straight face when playing the same character he always does was the most interesting. They pick him up off the street and he takes over in a matter of minutes as he becomes the boss.
The premise is just on the left side of insane. The techie mumbo jumbo talk goes on putting you to sleep. There is no chemistry between any of the characters and at the end of the film I guess they all fade into the woodwork.
If this were a free movie you would be insulted if you were forced to sit through it. How this was ever released is beyond all intelligence. Run don't walk away from this garbage.
