Review of Déjà Vu (2006) by Rohit M — 01 Mar 2010
Except the branch of science - time-travel, that this movie explores, its a perfect thriller. Denzel Washington is again a thinking, smart and honest detective who deals with a terrorist bombing of a ship using a UI which is as innovative as Minority Report.
Thankfully, the love angle is underplayed and the story keeps you gripped. Denzel doesn't play a supercop. He makes his mistakes, and that is what keeps the audience connected.
