Technically, it's not good. There's too much in the two hours and six minutes that Scott holds on to our attention. The movie's full potential is never reached in any of its aspects, with the intented-to-be-thought-provoking theme not really developed and the romance stretched thin.
But he does do one thing well, and that's to hold on to our attention. Technically not good yet I still enjoyed it.
