A mind boggling thriller that has to be watched more than once, Deja Vu is not an action packed thrill-ride, it takes a slower pace. To start this film does have its weak points including scenes that don't make too much sense (i.e. the interview with Oerstadt) and also a lot of statistics that may or may not be realistic but nonetheless its still a great film thats one of my favorites.

The first time through its hard to follow the story NOT the plot, the story takes turns very often and is surprisingly unpredictable. Tony scott did a great job directing this film and the script as well was very well done. The dialogue isn't vague or deceiving through most of the film and the action is done just right.

The acting is done great for not only Washington and Patton but also smaller roles such as Adam Goldbergs character. Caviezels role however is a little less convincing then others at times although he seems to pick it up in the end.

I have to say that this film does repeat itself at times and it can definitely be hard to follow at times but if you watch it multiple times the details are picked up and its really a great thriller.

Overall its a great movie for psychological thriller fans with patience 8/10.
