Review of Defendor (2009) by Erick F — 10 Feb 2012
I really liked it. It was just as good as Kick-Ass. There were moments where the writing could use a little more polishing. The crack-head hooker didn't seem like a crack-head hooker at all. More like a fight-the-power college girl pot-head.
They should of really hit home with how much of a crack-head she is. Which could play off of how delusional Defendor's character is. That is my biggest criticism of Petter Stebbing's movie. Other than that, I was thoroughly entertained.
A lot of fun moments. Even if some of it was easily predicted, still lots of fun. He keeps bees in a a jar for godsake! That was genius! Cool Concept Good Execution!
