Review of Defendor (2009) by Hardy H — 27 Aug 2010
Actually quite a serious drama, with touches of comedy and even pathos.
Many films are unable to pull this off, having to flit back and forth between these components, but this movie is able to blend them together with craft.
And Woody Harrelson is excellent in the role also, playing completely straight.
Has to be one of my favourite films this year.
