Review of Defendor (2009) by Steve W — 08 Oct 2011
Billed as a superhero movie or comedy, this is a very effective drama and character study. Woody Harrelson is as good as ever, as vigilante superhero Defendor. He befriends a young prostitute while trying to defeat his nemesis, Captain Industry.
It has lots of good character development, mixed with vigilante justice. Its very well acted, even if the story isn't anything special. An underrated film by my standards.
