This film is totally not what I expected. I knew it was about the afterlife or what Albert Brook's version of the afterlife would be. It was a very inventive idea and I think that it worked very nicely! Albert Brooks himself is hilarious and Meryl Streep is wonderful as usual.
Rip Torn is absolutely hilarious as well. I sort of knew the premise, but I didn't realize the scope of what it held. Please check this film out!! (Don't take as long as I did to finally see and enjoy it).
