Review of Deep Rising (1998) by Aaron B — 05 Sep 2009
Deep Rising (1998) -- [4.5] -- Treat Williams leads a band of ne'er-do-wells to a luxury liner only to discover the liner is under attack by a tentacled sea creature. I like Treat Williams and I like monster movies, but this monster isn't very interesting and Williams has little opportunity to shine.
Famke Janssen is fun as an unshakeable jewel thief, though.
