Not so much a documentary (really not enough information for that), but a collage of various scenes set in and along the oceans -- and while much of it is very beautiful, there are only a couple of scenes that I found extraordinary: the killer whales hunting the seals, the fish tornado, and the images in the very deep.
The rest you have seen before, and the repetition of certain images (eg, dolphins) seem too much focused on what we humans like.
