Pulls you in right from the get go. Good music, interesting directing that reflects the main characters state of mind and mental health. Great acting. A little wishy washy with the directing at times. Very funny at times.
Mandy Moore is undeniably cute and wonderful. The movie just kind of ends up feeling like a crippled animal. It's even cute because it's flawed and you know it has the right intentions. The problem is that it just doesn't have too much to offer.
It has a lot of quirks and interesting ideas but it just doesn't come through. Worth a rent.
