Review of Dedication (2007) by Simon G — 03 Sep 2012
A dark, offbeat romantic (ish) comedy about Henry (Crudup), a writer of children's stories, who is forced to work with new illustrator, Lucy (Moore). Dedication is about as far away from romantic and sentimental as you can get and it may be a little too arty for some but you will start to warm to its complex but likable characters by the end.
Notable for a grounded, serious and rather affecting performance from Moore.
