Review of Dedication (2007) by Chris P — 15 Feb 2008
Like Jack Nicholson in 'As Good As It Gets', Billy Crudup plays a guy with OCD, who again for some reason, is made to be a nasty bastard. I'd just like to point out that they aren't all like that in real life ; ) That's my only beef with this film, everything else I enjoyed. Brilliant performances, especially from Billy Crudup, who is one of my favourite actors, he could be a lot bigger if he wanted to (turned down the role of Bruce Banner in 'Hulk' and declined an audition for the lead in 'Titanic' by the way). It's nice to know there are still some people in the business that aren't doing it for fame and money.
Lucy: I'm so sorry about your partner ...was he a really good friend?
Henry: No, he was just a dick who drew well.
