Review of Deconstructing Harry (1997) by Michael B — 04 Jan 2008
This was a high point in a low decade for Woody, perhaps one of the two with Mighty Aphrodite. What keeps it from being a great film? Not funny enough and Elisabeth Shue has no business being with the director/star.
But the old folks short story, the out-of-focus idea, and the trip to hell are vintage Woody Allen.
