Review of Deconstructing Harry (1997) by Scott W — 13 Mar 2009
Woody Allen has certainly had an accomplished career, and made his share of good movies. Unfortunately he's made his share of bad ones too, this one included. I just felt like he was trying out a lot of different things here, and very few of them worked.
The whole editing with jump cuts bothered me. And I found Woody's character more annoying than funny. He's had better efforts.
