Woody Allen plays Harry Block, a neurotic, sex-obsessed author with a writer's block. In one of his books he describes one of his marriages: after giving birth to their son, his wife becomes 'Jewish with a vengeance'.
Not only does she send a prayer of gratitude towards God for food and drink received, she also starts doing that for blow jobs. Scenes like this make the movie hilarious at times.
