Review of Deception (2008) by Taddy J — 08 May 2009
I hadn't heard of this film before, and I won't be rushing to see it again! It is a by-the-numbers thriller, but it seems never to get to boiling point. One clever twist 2/3s through, but how does an accountant change his identity and get a new passport over a weekend? In places it just doesn't add up.
It's by no means a bad film, but nothing special.
