The main character's name is Deathstalker -- can you really get much better? Deathstalker is variously the Prince of Thieves, an expert swordsman, and a noble hero, depending on which of the movies (I think there are 5 or 6) you're watching.
My personal favorite is Deathstalker II. It's got some pretty amusing bloopers at the end. Plus, it's got Monique Gabrielle, and you get to see her really display her enormous . . . er, talents a few times.
And the best thing about Deathstalker is that if you really like a scene, don't worry--it'll probably be re-used in a future movie. In fact, I suspect that the last DS movie has absolutely no original footage in the whole thing.
