Review of Deathsport (1978) by Luke H — 17 Jul 2007

Best movie ever constructed by man. I will die wishing I could of existed in that absurd world. I want a death machine and a hand blaster. I want to see a mutant. I want to be a range guide.

These are all things I wanted as a young boy. and I still want them. just in the "death sport" fashion.

Sport = fun.

Death = destruction.

Put them together and you get fun destruction. how can you go wrong?

What film embraces that?

Not many.

What an extreme feeling: at your time of recreation you are terminating the opposing team. and you are having the time of your life.

Forgive me if im wrong but that is something you dont think about often. (or dream of it).

I am a very passive person and ive never touched another man but if I could do it, id pick the death sport way.
