Review of Death Wish II (1982) by John O — 08 Apr 2012
To be honest, I thought this was better than the first. It gets into the plot instantly and then we all know what is coming instead of the forty minute introduction of the first film. The audience get some satisfaction this time as we see Bronson hunt down the guys who murdered those close to him.
But in the first I felt myself saying "So you gonna get those guys? you gonna get those guys?" the entire time. A great but unnecessary sequel.
