I actually saw this flick and I'm GLAD Willis starred in this remake of the famous original Death Wish. I notice that critics hated it (18%!) but audience liked it (81%) as well as they should have. For one I like its incongruity and contradictions: Doctors r always supposed to save a life (even lowlifes) but here Willis tosses that out 'd winda!! Love it!!
The creeps here are the real creeps that live in Chicago's South Side--not whitey Salt Lake City.
