I strongly dislike the change of careers from architecture to surgeon. This would only have worked if we saw Willis struggle with taking lives instead of saving them. But the only struggle we see is Willis learning to aim.
As always Eli Roth doesn't fail to handle sensitive subject matters with the light touch of a sledgehammer.
