They remade this movie its called the brave one with jodie foster (2007) Now Death Wish was an ok movie the action was solid in the film, but he never got revenge on those thugs that killed his wife and sexually assaulted his daughter and he just killed random criminals.
. This movie does have a good purpose that the streets at night in the city are dangerous. Charles Bronson is good in this film and I enjoyed his cowboy friend who hands him a gun. This movie does have some boring dialogue and weird music but it is a 1974 picture so I understand.
. Good revenge movie but not as good as Kill Bill Vol. 1 and 2 or the count of monte cristo in terms of revenge movies.. I even found Taken to be more entertaining of a revenge movie but if u have time or see this on tv rent it.
