It's isn't classic Van Damme (Bloodsport, Kickboxer, Lionheart) but it isn't bad Van Damme either (The Order, Streetfighter) instead it is just your in between Standard Van Damme action from the 80s (yeah it was 1990 but they still felt the same).
You don't like 80s action you won't like this plane and simple.
