Review of Death Sentence (2007) by Nathaniel C — 08 Nov 2009

I saw this film because its by the guy who made the original SAW so I was just drawn to it. So firsts looks its your normal plot about revenge but features thrilling chase scenes and a great amount of violence.

Oh and the acting is excellent Ive always though Kevin Bacon was a good actor and he does very good in this movie. Hes just so old but he can kick so much ass which is just amazing. Another thing is I said at first look the plot is overused but really if you look deeper into the movie you can see little twists and turns throughout the movie that make it different from other revenge movies.

All in all its got the right amount of violence and good acting but the story is overused even though some elements of the plot are different then most revenge flicks.
