Review of Death Sentence (2007) by Amanda T — 06 Feb 2010
Though it tanked at the box office, only making a little over 9 million, I thought this movie was surprisingly good. Itâ??s a gritty, shoot â??em up action/drama about a grieving father becoming a vigilante of sorts.
Itâ??s riveting in the sense that it touches (though not deeply) on human nature and how weâ??re often driven to seek revenge, clearly not considering the consequences. An excellent and well suited role for Kevin Bacon, as itâ??s clear heâ??s committed to the part.
