Review of Death Sentence (2007) by Ian C — 25 May 2016
For me, It is a bit too sentimental in patches and the soundtrack is wank but it does have all the hallmarks of a revenge/vigilante flick. Bacon is a great choice for the lead and he really does get fucked over.
The baddies a bunch of gimps and it is a joy to see them get served up. The finale is like a homage to Taxi Driver and some of the kills are downright ultraviolent. John Goodman as always is the balls.
