Terrible. All the cars with the guns look really cheap; the movie has a feel as if it was made in 1990. You can totally tell the cardboard that has been sprayed silver to look like metal. The violence is also cheap.
It cuts from the healthy person to a puppet with no head and red paint shooting out but you don't see the in-between.
