Review of Death Race (2008) by Brad W — 24 May 2010
Quite a decent film. A blatant rip off of the Condemned, except they were driving cars and killing each other, not just killing each other. Decent role by Statham who was still totally bad ass driving.
He did beat the shit out of some blokes in some pretty gruesome fight scenes though. Gibson was quite good, but I've only ever seen him in car movies. May have enjoyed it better if I saw it before the Condemned, however the ending was a bit better.
