In reviewing movies like this, it is essential to consider it separately as a movie and as an action movie. As a movie, it is little more than mindless, high paced violence. And for this exact same reason, it succeeds at an action movie.
The plot is fairly simplistic and predictable, but it is at least coherent. For action and car enthusiasts, this is a must see.
