You can' deny the first film was interesting and this remake just improved what's lacking, "a whole lot of action". Death Race will not dissapoint on its impressive car stunts and violence, but for my own taste, the body count seems not enough.
Too bad they had to change the original sci-fi story. The current story is well, lowbrow but watchable, the original story was more interesting.
