This is a classic 1970's B-movie. It is more or less a futuristic running-man style car chase movie. This movie may have been the inspiration for the video games Carmaggedon and Quarantine.
If you like cheesy low budget 1970's B-movies with A-list actors, add this one to your collection. ;o).
