While I enjoyed the hell out of the remake, this one was better because it was so much more over the top. The remake works better in general, but my god, this movie is sooooo much more twisted, and it's actually brilliant.
"It's Euthanasia Day at the Old Folks home".
(cars run over nurses, caretakers, and doctors first, then the old people are taken out by the racers in the back of the pack).
Effing Hilarious.
