It has every thing for a Corman produce. It's one of those "so cheap there good" type films, full of low budget car chases and crashes, terrible dialogue, extremely dull acting and awful blood effects.
It's a silly film, for sure, but it's entertaining and it's fun to see young Sylvester Stallone act in this one. Recommended!!
