Kind of cheesy overall from the cars, to actors/actresses/acting, backgrounds and storyline. A cross country race where you score points by killing pedestrians along the way. I guess this is where we go the sayings you get 10 points for hitting/killing someone.
Rebels try to sabotage the race by killing the drivers. Everyone dies except for the fake Frankenstein and his Rebel navigator whom he marries in the end. Stallone was his normal obnoxious self in a typical role of race car driver.
