Review of Death Proof (2007) by Robert K — 21 Jul 2012
The half of Grindhouse that I didn't enjoy and let me tell you I usually enjoy Quentin Tarantino. I'm use to a lot of dialogue in his films, but man oh man was the dialogue in this film just so so so boring.
If I wanted to listen to what the chicks in this movie talk about I could have just turned on MTV and watched anything they show. The few scenes of car violence are cool, but they are indeed few. Overall, I'd have to say give it a rent to check it out, but be prepared for A LOT OF TALKING!
