Review of Death Proof (2007) by Rajeev N — 15 Sep 2012

There are definitely a lot of faults with this movie. Anyone with sense can see that. But there's so much about it that really makes it work for me. It starts off a little slow and irritating, maybe unbearable for those who lack patience and curiosity.

But the dialogue and overall chemistry/interaction between the cast is so fantastic and strong, I can understand that anyone without an appreciation for the weight of words and glances can easily shrug off the entire film.

But I can't. And hey, the soundtrack is fantastic.
