Review of Death of a President (2006) by Stefán Birgir S — 13 Jun 2010
This is a documentary on the death of President George Bush. Not an anti-Bush film as one might assume, actually this film is a wonderfully intelligent look at the modern world and the current state of how things might play out if *A* president was assassinated in today's world.
It does well to bring up topics of racial profiling, civil disobedience and loss of civil liberties. Nothing is reenacted, its all beautifully done through great editing and use of stock footage, and actors talking about the "incident" in a standard documentary style, well worth a watch!
