Pretty boring; the dry presentation of the minutiae of an event only works in real documentaries because those details can provide clues or insight into the topic. If the only point is to make it seem more "real", then it's simply dull.
They got the look down pretty well, though. The idea would have done better as an actual movie, a whodunit thriller.
