It could be easy to dismiss this film as something that the Indian masses wouldn't be able to identify with.
But I think the sort of issues that Kaira (played impressively by Alia Bhatt) and the cast portray here might just resonate with the emerging generation of educated, global, more open-minded Indians that are strutting their stuff the world over.
Foreign audiences might appreciate this newer side of India that's reflected through the story.
