A horrible, heartbreaking, yet (oddly) heartwarming story. This is very much a documentary, but after the first few minutes during which I wasn't sure I would like it, I became completely engrossed. The story itself is powerful and compelling, but the filmmaker told it quite well -- the horrible and tragic nature of the events are never diminished, but the director does not dwell unnecessarily on the tragedy. It speaks for itself, and the film allows it to do so.

Have the tissues at the ready, because I can't imagine watching this and not crying, at least a little. It's one of the most moving films I've seen, and as sad as it is, everyone should watch this. The lessons are tragic but inspiring as well.

A must-see.
