Review of Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father (2008) by Samual G — 01 Jan 2011
I have never cried as violently and as regularly as I did watching this documentary. There was one point where I literally had to stop the film. This really touched me.
Knowing very little of the story behind it meant each revelation was more and more of a shock and the inevitable ending...... just heartbreaking.
That these loopholes existed in any judicial system is sickening and so sad that somebody had to pay such a terrible price.
The first film I've watched in 2011 and it's set the bar very, very high.
