Review of Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father (2008) by Nicky J — 25 Jun 2011
This was such an amazing documentary. I didn't know anything about the movie when it came on television, and yet I found myself captivated within the first two minutes. I was so moved by how many lives Andrew touched within the brief 28 years he was on this earth.
From the east to the west coast, and from California to London, he left so many people behind who loved him so dearly. I was absolutely stunned by the failure of the justice system, and devastated by the outcome.
Nonetheless, it was also amazing to see how many lives David and Kate touched, and what wonderful, loving and resilient people they were. I'm so glad I watched this movie.
