Review of Dear Zachary: A Letter to a Son About His Father (2008) by Ricky G — 14 May 2015
Dear Zachary is a documentary that tells the true story of a guy named Andrew, who was taken away from the world too quickly by his ex-girlfriend. This documentary is a letter to Andrews son Zach who never got to meet his father.
The guy who is filming and making the documentary is one of Andrews best friends who travels all around the America to Andrews family members to get there take on Andrew and what he was like, and the documentary is absolutely heartbreaking.
This documentary is one of the most interesting, heartbreaking, tear jerking, angry building documentaries I've ever seen. You would think this is a horror movie by how unreal this seems but it's all true.
I can't say much about this documentary cause it'll spoil everything about this guy, just go watch it will stay with you forever.
