Dear John feels like a movie that could've been much more but instead it's a romantic movie about a guy that goes to war and cannot be with the women he loves but their is hardly any actual scenes with him at war most of the movie he is literally opening and sending letters and not just that the acting feels off sometimes the main two actors will have so much emotion in what their saying and the next scene their like a rock this movie feels rushed and unnecessary Expand.
