Review of Dear John (2010) by Soham G — 09 Feb 2011
Pretty soppy romantic flick working the distance relationship, the film tries for a teary mood but doesn't really get there. The relationship with John and his autistic father gave the film needed depth.
I thought the reason for the romantic seperation (and the "Dear John" letter) pretty farfetched, but I guess they had to find something. Fluffy stuff.
