Review of Dear John (2010) by Francisco R — 11 Jan 2012
I don't know how so much people hated it... but I also don't know how did so many people loved it. I mean, after I cheked out the durity of this movie, I was surprised, because this movie, at least for me, it was way longer than it actually is, I was kind of bored.
This movie was a total waste, this movie had a pretty interesting concept and some interesting people as the two main actors, Channing Tatum and Amanda Seyfried, but no, they just just had to waste a good idea.
I was entertained during some scenes, but I was also bored in some scenes, if this movie wasn't turned into lame, if it had a diferent director, and yes, diferent actors and a slight adjustment in it's story, I got to say, this movie wood might work pretty well, but no, we are now used to wastes of good ideas for possibly good movies.
Some good perfomances and some interesting scenes, liked it, but not to much, only girls will at least, love it. Sort of recommended movie. Grade: C.
