Dear Frankie is a touching movie about a deaf nine-year-old boy named Frankie and his mother, Lizzie (and his grandmother, but sheâ??s not one of the MAJOR characters) who have been moving from town to town ever since Frankie was a little boy. Despite the fact that theyâ??re never in the same city for a long time, Frankie still keeps in touch with his â??dadâ??, who supposedly works on the A.C.C.A, but what Frankie doesnâ??t know is that his dad doesnâ??t work on a ship and that he actually is writing to his mother.
