Review of Dean Slater: Resident Advisor (2013) by Robson M — 26 Nov 2013
Finally a college comedy that captures the same experience as actually going to college! Resident Advisor contains all the hallmarks of any good undergraduate experience: laughs, parties, romances, friendship, beer-bongs, jello-shots, and not even a reference to actually going to classes. But what sets Resident Advisor apart from the other college comedies is it also contains the more meaningful aspects of the college experience. This movie somehow has heart and a deeper message amid nut-shot and drinking jokes.
Resident Advisor will appeal to anyone who wants to laugh and has ever gone to or is planning on going to college. Fives stars because it is the rare well-rounded comedy that cracks you up and makes you think.
